staff were friendly. rooms were ALWAYS clean. it was a positive for me. Continental breakfast had a good variety. Toast and eggs i could have on request.
my room faced the main road and was too noisy. manouvering in the room was difficult since it was so small. This made it not very good.

The staff was helpful and always available. Breakfast included some vegetarian options and the kitchen staff were visible. The location was close to the station and several restaurants. I found the price to be acceptable.
My room had little soundproofing and street noise was noticeable at night.

The staff was very accommodating and tried to help with anything i needed. the fridge, microwave, and fan in the room were very useful during the summer. location was also convenient to shops. I liked this, and the breakfast was included. the room was clean and tidy.
the shower had very little water pressure, a slight inconvenience.
